Here is a weekend project i built in order to organize my off-cuts, scraps and clamps. The project is based off Steve Ramsey’s design and one from ShopNotes. I decided to build mine 6 feet long but keep the 5 degree angle on both sides and add clamp rack.

The project uses five 4′ x 8 sheets of 3/4″ birch plywood. Using 5 sheets you can still get an 8′ lumber cart, I just decided I rarely have full sheets after completing a project and would rather have the extra shop space.
