This post overs a quick jig i made up for my Ridgid R2401 trim router. This jig greatly helps when trimming proud solid wood edging. You can see it in action in my video series on making a mid-century modern bed frame.

The top of the base is constructed from 1/4″ clear Acrylic while the bottom is made from 1/2″ clear Acrylic. The parts where laser cut and fused together with Methylene Chloride.

The handle was salvaged from an angle grinder (Does anyone use the handles?)
